My name is Ozstar De Jourday. In 1967 my mother, who is now in heaven, brought me to La Jolla from Beverly Hills. In 1977 I started working in the real estate industry. Through real estate, I have gained local as well as national recognition. Along with my many awards through Prudential California, I have a sushi roll (filled with Yellowtail, Ahi, Salmon, Cream Cheese and Jalapeño) named after me at “Sushi on the Rock,” located on Girard Avenue in La Jolla and have a few lines about my life written by a best-selling self-help author Debbie Ford.

In 1975 I graduated from La Jolla High School where I was a good student and played soccer. Our team won the CIF Soccer Championships in 1974 and 1975. I scored in both finals. I love my family and have a wonderful son Dylan and a very intelligent daughter Emma. My father is a wonderful Italian with a big accent and a huge heart. He is my inspiration in my real estate business. I love the healing atributes of the ocean water. I am an avid surfer, surfing almost everyday for my Spirit and my Health.

I love La Jolla and would not ever live any where else in this world, and I have Traveled enough to know. I was married to a wonderful Swedish Girl for 15 years and had more than enough trips to Europe and abroad, thats how I know this is the best place for me with its 42 acre La Jolla Natural Park just above the 133 acres The La Jolla Country Club Golf Resort in the center of La Jolla. I love hiking up to the top of the Park for the most Inspirational view of La Jolla Ever seen…

I have been the President of The Windansea Surf Club for 8 years and we do many Non profit surfing Tournaments that benefit humanity through our philanthropic endeavors. I currently serve in membership and as captain of the competition team that has won the Coailition of Surfing Clubs Championship 10 years overall and 4 straight since 2011, 2012 , 2013 and this year 2014.

I have also started the Coalition of Surfing Clubs Website for its Non-Profit purpose, ww.surfclubs.org

I was the listing agent for Montefaro, a 75 million dollar listing, which is an approximately two acre site that looks like a beautiful Italian village. Located at the corner of our main street, Girard Ave and Genter street, just off the 18th fairway of the La Jolla Country Club.
